Julie Sweet is chair and CEO of Accenture. She joined Accenture in 2010 and became CEO in 2019 and chair in 2021. Previously, she was CEO of Accenture’s business in North America. Before that, she was general counsel, secretary and chief compliance officer. Julie serves on the boards of the World Economic Forum, Business Roundtable, Catalyst, Center for Strategic & International Studies and the Marriott Foundation for People with Disabilities – Bridges from School to Work. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Claremont McKenna College and a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School. Julie has been recognized as one of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in Business and Forbes’s 100 Most Powerful Women in the World.
