GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • What is the date and location of the conference?

    CERAWeek 2024 will take place on March 18-22, 2024 in Houston, TX.

REGISTRATION

  • Can I purchase more than one pass under the same transaction?

    Yes, you can purchase more than one pass under the same transaction. To do so, select “Group (including myself)” if you are purchasing passes for yourself and a delegation or “Group (others only)” if you are purchasing on behalf of others. Note that the group purchase option allows us to simplify transactions for two or more passes but doesn’t replace registration, which needs to be completed individually by every delegate.
  • As a group owner, can I register all delegates who are part of my group purchase?

    No. The group purchase option allows us to simplify transactions for two or more passes but doesn’t replace registration, which needs to be completed individually by every delegate.
  • What can I do if I selected “Group (others only)”, but I decided to attend to CERAWeek?

    Follow the same steps to assign a pass to someone else and enter your email address to invite yourself. You can find the instructions in the confirmation email you received.
  • As a group owner, how can I manage passes bought through the group purchase option?

    Visit the attendee portal and follow the instructions provided on the confirmation email you received. Note that all passes need to be assigned by February 16, 2024.
  • Do you provide a visa support letter?

    VISA SUPPORT

    Do you provide visa support letters? Yes, CERAWeek may provide a visa support letter to a registered delegate who has met the necessary requirements. Please find the necessary visa support form and instructions here.
  • How can I make payment for registration?

    PAYMENT OPTIONS

    CERAWeek registration currently is available by credit card. If you require an invoice, please contact ceraweek@spglobal.com


    CERAWeek does not accept third party payment apps such as PayPal or Venmo.

  • Do I need to create a new account if I registered for CERAWeek 2023?

    CERAWeek 2023 or CERAWeek 2022 registered delegates have an existing account. Use the forgot password link if you do not remember your login. Please use actual delegate email addresses for registration to mitigate access issues.
  • Can I request a refund if I am unable to attend?

    Per CERAWeek's Terms and Conditions, cancellations/refunds are not permitted. CERAWeek offers the ability to transfer your registration to another colleague in your organization. Additionally, a rollover to next year can be facilitated. Please contact us for more information.
  • Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

    Yes, CERAWeek allows the ability to transfer your registration to another colleague in your organization. Additionally, a rollover to next year can be facilitated. Please contact us for more information.
  • I was invited to a meeting. Do I need a pass?

    Yes. Anyone looking to enter the Hilton Americas for a meeting will require a restricted access pass. The meeting organizer may share a code to register for the restricted access pass.
  • I have a meeting at the Hilton, but I have an Agora-only pass. Will I be able to attend?

    Yes. Agora delegates have access to CERAWeek meeting spaces in the Hilton Americas.

  • I purchased an Executive Conference pass. Can I attend sessions at the Innovation Agora?

    An Executive Conference pass includes access to both the Executive Conference and the Innovation Agora.
  • I purchased an Innovation Agora pass. Can I attend sessions at the Executive Conference?

    An Innovation Agora pass includes access to the Innovations Agora only. If you are looking to attend sessions from both the Executive Conference and the Innovation Agora, you should purchase an Executive Conference pass.
  • Where can I find the themes for CERAWeek 2024?

    The Conference agenda is structured around themes to offer a comprehensive and current perspective on the changing energy landscape across all segments of the industry on a global and regional basis.

  • How can I request a press pass for the conference?

    All members of the media interested in attending CERAWeek 2024 are required to apply for accreditation. Applications are subject to approval and can be submitted here.  


    As always, the CERAWeek Media Relations Team is happy to provide a designated media work room as part of our conference-wide efforts to make journalists’ experiences convenient and productive at the conference.

  • Are there any press conferences or media briefings?

    Press conferences and other media availabilities are open to registered media that attend CERAWeek.

EXPERIENCE

  • Will delegates receive a list of attendees?

    Access to the CERAWeek attendee list is a privilege restricted to CERAWeek Partners. Attendees will be able to engage with other delegates on-site via the CERAWeek app which will be made available two weeks prior to the conference. Attendees will be notified via email once the CERAWeek 2024 app is launched. If you are interested in learning more about the CERAWeek Partnership, please visit our Partnership page.
  • Is there an event mobile app available?

    Yes. There will be a mobile app for attendees to plan their schedule, network and obtain information on getting around our venue. The app will be made available two weeks prior to the conference. Attendees will be notified via email once the CERAWeek 2024 app is launched.

  • Are there exhibitions at CERAWeek?

    CERAWeek does not include a Trade Show component, however the Innovation Agora at CERAWeek includes select opportunities for showcased technologies from our Agora House Partners. Learn more about Agora Partner Houses here.

VENUE & HOUSING

  • Where do I find the housing link for delegates?

    All registered delegates will be notified once housing is open. We expect housing to open on late fall.
  • I booked at the preferred hotel. Are there any shuttles organized to transport me to the event from the airport?

    No, hotels do not provide shuttle service. Guests are encouraged to take a Taxi or ride share to the hotel. Cab fare is approximately $65 USD from Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and approximately $35 USD from William P Hobby (HOU).
