Delegate Lists

  • Can I get a copy of the delegate list before the event?

    The delegate list is provided in advance to our CERAWeek Partners. Delegates will have an opportunity to virtually connect with other participants during the event.



  • How do members of the press register for CERAWeek?

    All members of the media interested in attending CERAWeek are required to apply for accreditation. Please visit our Press page for complete details.


  • Is registration for CERAWeek 2021 open?

    Yes. Please visit our Registration page to complete registration for CERAWeek.
  • Are discounts available?

    Government and public service entities, non-governmental organizations, and academic institutions may qualify for discount. For information on eligibility, please contact us.
  • What forms of payment are accepted for registration?

    Accepted forms of payment in USD include: 

    • Credit card (Visa, American Express and MasterCard) 
    • For Bank Transfer or Company Check - you will receive instructions for paying by bank transfer or company check with your invoice. You will receive an invoice approximately 5 to 7 business days after submitting your registration. 
    • Payment is due within 30 days of registering. If you register less than 30 days before the start of the conference and your invoice has not been paid you will not be granted access to the event without payment in full on-site in Houston.
  • How do I receive a paid receipt after registering?

    Once you have registered for the conference, you will receive a confirmation email from IHS Markit with important event information and a receipt if you paid in full at the time of registration. If you require further information, please contact us.
  • How do I know if my registration was submitted, will I receive a confirmation?

    A confirmation message will be sent to the email address provided when you registered. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this confirmation. If you have not received confirmation within two business days, please contact us.
  • What is included in my registration fee?

    Your conference registration provides access to the conference sessions, communities, and virtual networking opportunities.
  • If I am unable to attend, what is the cancellation policy?

    Please review the terms and conditions that you accepted during the online registration process. 

    Note that IHS Markit does not provide refunds for cancellations. You may provide a substitution for your registration limited to another colleague from your organization, subject to IHS Markit approval. Substitutions: If any delegate is unable to attend we will accept a substitute delegate at no extra cost within 48 hours of the start of the conference. Please notify us.
