GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • What is the date and location of the conference?

    CERAWeek 2025 will take place on March 10-14, 2025 in Houston, Texas.
  • What is the location of the conference?

    CERAWeek 2025 will take place at the Hilton Americas Houston and the George R. Brown Convention Center. For more information, please visit our On-site Experience page.

REGISTRATION

  • What is included in an Executive Conference pass?

    The Executive Conference pass includes access to sessions from the Executive Conference and Innovation Agora programs. It also grants access to Executive Conference lunch and dinner sessions.
  • What is included in an Agora pass?

    The Innovation Agora pass includes access to sessions from the Innovation Agora program only. It does not include access to Executive Conference sessions.
  • How much does it cost to attend CERAWeek with an Executive Conference pass?

    The full list price for a CERAWeek Executive Conference pass is $10,500. Purchase your pass before November 17 to get a rate of $7,500.

  • How much does it cost to attend the Innovation Agora?

    The full list price to attend the Innovation Agora is $3000. Purchase your pass before November 17 to get a rate of $2,250.

    An Innovation Agora pass includes access to the Innovation Agora only.

  • Can I purchase more than one pass under the same transaction?

    Yes, you can purchase more than one pass under the same transaction. To do so, select “Group (including myself)” is you are purchasing passes for yourself and a delegation or “Group (others only)” if you are purchasing on behalf of others. Note the group purchase option allows us to simplify transactions for two or more passes but does not replace registration, which needs to be completed individually by every participant.   • As a group owner, can I register all participants who are part of my group purchase?

    No. The group purchase option allows us to simplify transactions for two or more passes but does not replace registration, which needs to be completed individually by every participant.
  • As a group owner, how can I manage passes bought through the group purchase option?

    Visit the attendee portal and follow the instructions provided on the confirmation email you received. Note that all passes need to be assigned by February 21, 2025. Once a pass is assigned, delegates must complete their registration individually.
  • What can I do if I selected “Group (others only)”, but I decided to attend to CERAWeek?

    Follow the same steps to assign a pass to someone else and enter your email address to invite yourself. You can find the instructions in the confirmation email you received.
  • Do I need to create a new account if I registered for CERAWeek 2024?

    CERAWeek 2022, 2023 and 2024 registered participants have an existing account. Use the forgot password link if you do not remember your login. Please use actual participant email addresses for registration to mitigate access issues.
  • How can I make payment for registration?

    CERAWeek registration offers two options for payment: credit card or invoice. CERAWeek does not accept third party payment apps such as PayPal or Venmo.
  • Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

    Yes, CERAWeek offers the ability to transfer your registration to another colleague in your organization. Please go to the Contact Us page. We'll be happy to assist you.
  • Can I request a refund if I am unable to attend?

    As per CERAWeek's Terms and Conditions, cancellations and refunds are not permitted. CERAWeek does not facilitate rollovers from year to year. All purchased passes must be used for CERAWeek 2025. However, registrations can be transferred to another colleague within your organization. For assistance, please visit our Contact Us page. We're here to help.
  • Is there a virtual pass available?

    CERAWeek does not offer a virtual pass.
  • I was invited to a meeting. Do I need a pass?

    Yes. Anyone looking to enter the Hilton Americas for a meeting will require a Meeting Access pass. The meeting organizer may share a code to register for the pass specific to the day of the meeting.
  • I have a meeting at the Hilton, but I have an Agora-only pass. Will I be able to attend?

    Yes. Agora participants have access to CERAWeek meeting spaces in the Hilton Americas.
  • Do you provide a visa support letter?

    Yes, you may find the necessary visa support form and instructions here

  • What is the difference between the Executive Conference and the Innovation Agora?

    The Executive Conference provides an integrated, global and high-level framework for understanding what’s ahead for global energy markets and geopolitics. It is also a forum to learn and connect, including a program with many sessions and formats designed to facilitate meaningful dialogue and stimulate new thinking.     An Innovation Agora pass includes access to the Innovations Agora only. If you are looking to attend sessions from both the Executive Conference and the Innovation Agora, you should purchase an Executive Conference pass.
  • When will the agenda for CERAWeek 2025 be available?

    The agenda for 2025 will be announced in late fall.
  • When will the themes be announced for 2025?

    The conference agenda is structured around themes to offer a comprehensive and current perspective on the changing energy landscape across all segments of the industry on a global and regional basis. The themes for 2025 will be announced in early fall.
  • How do I submit a speaker nomination?

    Please contact us in December 2024. We hope to be able to provide speaker nomination details at that time.

  • How can I request a press pass for the conference?

     
    All members of the media interested in attending CERAWeek are required to apply for accreditation to cover the conference as press. Applications are subject to approval. Media registration will be open later in Autumn 2025.
  • How can I submit a press release or media inquiry?

  • Are there any press conferences or media briefings?

    Press conferences and other media availabilities are open to registered media that attend CERAWeek.

EXPERIENCE

  • Will participants receive a list of attendees?

    Access to the CERAWeek attendee list is a privilege restricted to CERAWeek Partners. Attendees will be able to engage with other participants on-site via the CERAWeek app which will be made available approximately two weeks prior to the conference. Attendees will be notified via email once the CERAWeek 2025 app is launched. If you are interested in learning more about CERAWeek Partnership, please visit our Partnership page.
  • Is there an event mobile app available?

    Yes. There will be a mobile app for attendees to plan their schedule, network and obtain information on getting around our venue. The app will be made available approximately two weeks prior to the conference. Attendees will be notified via email once the CERAWeek 2025 app is launched.

  • Are there exhibitions at CERAWeek?

    CERAWeek does not include a trade show component, however the Innovation Agora at CERAWeek includes select opportunities for showcased technologies from our Agora House Partners.

VENUE & HOUSING

  • Where do I find the housing link for delegates?

    All registered delegates will be notified once housing is open. We expect housing to open on late fall. Please note that CERAWeek provides housing assistance.
  • I booked at the preferred hotel. Are there any shuttles organized to transport me to the event from the airport?

    No, Hotels do not provide shuttle service. Guests are encouraged to take a Taxi or ride share to the hotel. Cab fare is approximately $65 USD from Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and approximately $35 USD from William P Hobby (HOU).
