How to complete a Group Purchase

  • Step 1: Go to ceraweek.com/registration 
  • Step 2: Set-up an account. Please follow account creation instructions at the top of the page 
  • Step 3: Select “2 or more” to purchase a group of passes 
  • Step 4: If you plan to attend CERAWeek, select ‘Yes’ when asked ‘Would you like to assign one of the passes to yourself?’ If not, select ‘No’ 
  • Step 5: If you have a registration code, select “Yes”, and enter it below. Only one discount code can be applied per transaction, and the code with the highest value will be used 
  • Step 6: If you selected “Yes” on step 4, please complete your Attendee Profile 
  • Step 7: Select the pass type you are purchasing for yourself 
  • Step 8: Select the pass types and the number of passes you will purchase on behalf of your team 
  • Step 9: Review your Order Summary to confirm pass types, quantities and pricing 
  • Step 10: Select Payment Type and Submit Order 
  • Step 11: In your confirmation email, you will receive instructions on how to access your Attendee Portal and how to manage your passes. As a Group Purchase Owner, you will have access to the Attendee Portal to assign passes to your group. All passes must be assigned by February 21, 2025. Once a pass is assigned, participants must complete their registration individually.
