CERAWeek Communities

CERAWeek Communities bring together peer groups to address critical industry issues and promote diversity and inclusion, women’s advancement, and developing future talent in the energy industry.

"It was the best organized, most professional conference I have attended. It was also an amazing collection of the right people... Thanks again for an A+ conference."

  • The Leadership Circle is comprised of small, intimate sessions exclusively for senior-level executives and top decision makers to allow focused, highly interactive, off-the-record discussion on key issues shaping the energy future.
  • Energy Innovation Pioneers program features dynamic, early-stage companies and entrepreneurs with innovative and distinctive new technologies impacting the energy spectrum. Pioneers are chosen based on their creativity, feasibility of business plan, scalability of technology, and leadership team.

  • Future Energy Leaders program cultivates exceptional early career industry executives, empowering them to meet current and future energy challenges. These professionals, chosen by virtue of their high potential as future leaders, engage in learning, dialogue and networking at the conference.

  • Women in Energy promotes camaraderie, informal dialogue and networking in support of the growing professional community of women in energy. WIE hosts a sponsored networking reception, various networking opportunities during CERAWeek, and a conference-wide strategic dialogue dinner on CERAWeek’s main stage.

  • The Professional Development Program offers future leaders two days of immersive career development prior to CERAWeek. Led by Harvard Business School Professor Forest Reinhardt, participants engage in a series of deep-dive case studies and lectures designed to build leadership skills and strategic thinking.
