Mr. YUAN Xiaguang is Deputy Managing Directo of Sinopec R & D Department. He is responsible for the technology research and development regarding chemical materials. Before joining Sinopec R & D department in 2002, he had been working with Sinopec Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry (Sinopec BRICI) from 1995 to 2002. Mr YUAN has been engaged for nearly 30 years in the R & D of the technologies for ethyelen, aromatics, synthetic resins, synthetic rubbers, synthetic fibres and specialty chemicals. He has deep-dive insights in the chemical industry, including the industrial landscape, development trend, and R & D stratetgies.
