Data Analytics Director
Hamed Tabatabaie is the Director of Data Analytics and Modeling at S&P Global Commodity Insights, where he develops physics-based and data-driven models. His primary interests include developing mathematical models of conventional and unconventional reservoirs, as well as analyzing production data to optimize hydrocarbon recovery. Hamed has co-authored over 20 technical papers in various journals and conferences and is also a co-author of the SPE Monograph on "Unconventional Gas and Tight Oil Exploitation." He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGA), and holds a Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD in Petroleum Engineering.
