Senior Advisor

Campbell Howe serves as a contractor to the U.S. Department of Energy Loan Programs Office (LPO). At LPO, she leads the Pathways to Commercial Liftoff effort on clean hydrogen, engaging with decisionmakers from both the public and private sectors to determine how to accelerate the deployment of clean hydrogen technologies in the U.S. Her background is at the intersection of technology, finance and climate. She has invested in technology companies across stages at ICONIQ Capital and Bain Capital Ventures. Campbell has also spent time on Apple's Clean Energy Program and on the Climate Solutions team at Patch, a platform that enables carbon credit transactions. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford University and received her Master's in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.
