Bernice brings 15+ years of public and private sector experience in clean power, water and low carbon fuel (low carbon hydrogen, renewable natural gas, syngas) infrastructure development and energy transition strategy. She spent the first 10 years of her career in the utility sector, where she led multi-million dollars capital deployment strategies, grid decarbonization and resiliency efforts, and businesses cases for major clean power infrastructure projects (e.g., transmission & distribution, renewables, energy storage)

More recently, she spent several years at McKinsey, where she helped utility, investment, public sector and corporate executives develop clean power, water and low carbon fuel investments and market entry strategies, redesign operating models, assess capital deployment strategy for mega projects (e.g., supply chain, contracting), test business models / project bankability, and navigate the complex intersection of circularity, water and energy transition.
