President - LNG & Net Zero

Martin Hupka is president – LNG and Net-Zero Solutions for Sempra Infrastructure. In this role, Hupka leads the company’s business, commercial and marketing activities related to LNG infrastructure and net-zero solutions. Most recently, Hupka was senior vice president & chief commercial officer, leading the consolidated commercial, marketing and commercial optimization functions for Sempra Infrastructure, which included LNG marketing, commercial development and the operations center. Previously, Hupka was chief commercial officer for Sempra LNG and prior to that, he was general counsel, leading all legal affairs related to LNG development, operations and regulatory. He also served as assistant general counsel for Sempra North American Infrastructure, supporting both the Sempra LNG & Midstream and Sempra Renewables businesses. Hupka joined the Sempra family of companies in 2012 as senior counsel in the law department. Before joining Sempra, Hupka was an associate at Clifford Chance LLP, an international law firm. Hupka received his bachelor’s degree in international affairs from George Washington University and his law degree from Fordham University.
