Director - Mobility and Energy Future

Mr. Balieiro leads analysis of how shifts in the automotive ecosystem impact the conventional energy landscape. More specifically, he focuses on the light vehicle fleet and how these shifts translate into fuel substitution and new demand trends. New mobility topics such as alternative powertrain configurations, telecommuting, mobility services, mobility policy, vehicle automation, and vehicle emissions and consumption regulations are also included in Mr. Balieiro’s research. In addition, he co-authors reports relating to vehicle electrification, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and mobility-related topics that affect the future light vehicle fleet.
