Brooke Vandygriff

Chief Operating Officer

In 2021, after building the US business for HIF Global from scratch for 18 months, Brooke was appointed to COO. She leads project development, technical design, engineering and construction execution for the HIF Global North American opportunities. She also supports the technical teams and project development in South America, Australia, Europe and North Africa. She has a passion for decarbonization, clean energy and leading the energy transition. Prior to joining HIF Brooke spent 20 years in the energy industry. She held various leadership roles in the Operations, Commercial, Engineering and Construction groups at Energy Transfer before joining Tellurian, an integrated LNG development company. She has managed several multi-billion dollar energy infrastructure projects from their origination and commercial development, leading the design phase focused on technical excellence and finally through the construction, commissioning and operation of the assets. Brooke is viewed as an optimistic and encouraging leader with a drive to solve problems, mentor young engineers and grow strong technical teams. Brooke has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering focusing on power generation and energy from the University of Texas at Austin.
