Raghvender Arni (Arni) leads the Customer Acceleration Team (CAT) within AWS Industries. The CAT is a global cross-functional team of customer facing cloud architects, software engineers, data scientists, AI/ML experts & designers that drives innovation via advanced prototyping, drives cloud operational excellence via specialized technical expertise. CAT works with AWS’ top 300+ customers across multiple industry verticals and has been leading innovation in AI/ML, including Generative AI, IOT, Robotics, Spatial and advanced data & computing technologies. Arni is also the single threaded owner for Generative AI across AWS Industries, driving industry use cases, application architecture & patterns, and working with the service team in driving the AWS Generative AI roadmap. Prior to AWS, Arni led a global team of technologists at Pivotal (acquired by VMware) driving digital transformation for some of the largest Global 2000 companies. He began his career at Bell Labs Research after graduate studies in Computer Engineering and has been a founder, engineering leader, product and GTM leader.
