Krishnan Kasiviswanathan is the Chief Risk Officer at Chariot Energy and he brings 25+ years of energy risk management and trading experience to Chariot.  Prior to joining Chariot Energy, Krishnan was the Chief Innovation Officer at Innowatts, an AI based energy analytics company.  Before Innowatts, Krishnan was the Chief Commercial Officer for Just Energy, a leading independent retail energy provider.  During his tenure at Just Energy, he transformed the commercial operations of a global retail footprint that included US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Germany and Japan by leveraging technology and quantitative analytics.  Prior to Just Energy, Krishnan had held various leadership roles including Chief Risk Officer and VP of Commercial Operations at NRG Energy.  He was part of the executive team that led the company’s transition from a fossil-fuel generator to an integrated energy provider with industry leading renewable and retail energy portfolios.  He began his career at Eversource Energy where he had held roles of increasing responsibilities.  Krishnan has an MBA and Master of Science degrees from University of Connecticut.
