Kiana is a SHRM-SCP certified Human Resources professional with 14 years of experience in the field. She has spent the last six years supporting the Commodity Insights division of S&P Global in recruiting and, most recently, as an HR business partner. Kiana has worked on projects such as launching Commodity Insights’ internship program for candidates with disabilities and driving greater internal career mobility. In addition, Kiana has spearheaded Commodity Insight’s response to its employee sentiment survey, launching initiatives to make improvements to culture, strategy communication, career development, and more. Kiana has also held leadership positions in the S&P Global’s Houston employee resource group for woman.
