Associate Director, Green Hydrogen Business Development (USA)

John Sitler is the Associate Director of Business Development at Masdar Green Hydrogen, with a focus on the Americas. He is experienced in a wide range of technologies, including solar PV, onshore wind, waste-to-energy, desalination, and hydrogen production. In his capacity as a director on numerous boards, John has overseen 2GW of operating wind and solar assets. He has 15+ years of experience, rooted in a financial foundation, beginning his career on the trading floor of a quant-focused hedge-fund where he earned his CFA® credential, and continuing on into carbon market research and clean-tech venture capital. He has a STEM education background, holding a MSc from Masdar Institute and a BA in Physics and Economics from Cornell University.
