President

Jeff Tolnar is currently the President of Shoals Technologies Group, headquartered north of Nashville. During his career, he held senior officer positions within Fortune 100 companies, co-founded four start-ups, was part of three successful company exits and experienced five company acquisitions. In 2017 Jeff entered the eMobility space at a start up called Greenlots. Greenlots was later acquired by Shell Corporation in 2019. At Shell, Jeff took on the role of Chief Commercial Officer where he and his team were responsible for driving growth of the eMobility business unit. Prior to his experience in the eMobility space, Jeff focused on smart edge devices as part of the Internet of Things. He was President of Elster Solutions, a smart metering company, which was acquired by Honeywell in 2015. After entering Honeywell he was elevated to the position of President - Global Software Solutions where he and his team were responsible for Connected Homes, Buildings, Utilities and Wellness offerings. Before Honeywell, he had a variety of experiences as a senior executive running P&Ls within large companies and as a founding member of multiple startup companies.
