Portfolio Planning Senior Manager, BEV and Mobility

Amy Stanley is a Senior Manager for BEV & Mobility Business Planning at Toyota Motor North America, incorporating customer voice into the future of mobility for Toyota and Lexus in North America. With 27 years of Toyota experience, Stanley began her electrification planning career in the Sale organization with the first generation RAV4 EV’s warranty policy and then Gen 1 & 2 Prius product planning. Transitioning to NA R&D, she supported new model development technical information activities before transitioning to powertrain trend research. Returning to the sales organization, Stanley expanded into planning the hybrid and ZEV electrification strategies for the full Toyota and Lexus portfolios extending out to a 10–15-year forecast. She facilitates a weekly Electrification Task Force to foster information exchange across the headquarters functions. Stanley recently completed a 6-month rotation with Toyota Ventures and has joined TMNA’s new BEV and Mobility Business Planning group. Stanley received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Arts degree in Political Science Society from the University of California, Irvine with a thesis on US – Japan automotive trade. Stanley also holds a Project Management Institute PMP certification.
