Chief Executive Officer

Katherina Reiche holds a degree in chemistry and has been CEO of Westenergie AG since January 2020. She has also been Chairwoman of the German government's National Hydrogen Council since June 2020 and a member of the Supervisory Board of Schaeffler AG since April 2023. Reiche was a member of the German Bundestag for 17 years, six of them as a member of the Federal Government and State Secretary in two federal ministries: the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety and the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure.
