Principal Program Manager

Kadri Umay serves as a Principal Program Manager within the Office of the CTO in Microsoft Cloud for Industry, in the Energy team. In this role, he is responsible for identifying and developing opportunities with customers and partners to enhance Microsoft’s product portfolio in the energy sector. His focus areas include Industrial Carbon and Methane Management, AI applications, the development of patented solution architectures, and the establishment of industry standards. He is an IASA CITA distinguished architect, member of the OSDU Management Committee and holds the position of vice chair within the OPC Foundation Carbon Capture and Storage working group.
