Puja Vohra is the Vice President of Partnerships at Slipstream, a non profit climate solutions provider. She has more than twenty years of professional experience in the clean energy space specifically around strategic planning for utility energy programs, market research and clean energy policy analysis and sustainability in the building sector. At Slipstream she is responsible for leading collaborations and partnerships to provide building sector clean energy solutions at federal, state, local government and community level.

Puja’s early-career international work shaped her understanding of how important it is to learn a community’s needs prior to suggesting solutions. Along with her commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, this experience shapes her goal to “identify strategic partners from the environmental justice community to help us accelerate solutions.

Prior to Slipstream, Puja was a principal analyst overseeing the commercial and industrial energy efficiency portfolio planning for National Grid’s Rhode Island programs. Prior to her utility experience she worked as an energy and sustainability consultant.

Puja currently serves as the Massachusetts Chapter director for Asian Americans in Energy, Environment and Commerce. From 2018 to 2021, she served as a volunteer member of City of Newton’s Citizens Commission on Energy Commission, where she contributed her expertise towards Newton’s Climate Action Plan. Puja has a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master of Science degree in energy and climate.
