Philip Broeksma (1958) is Vice Mayor of the City of Groningen in the Netherlands. He has held this position since 2019 and his direct responsibilities include Sustainable Mobility, Energy Transition, and ICT. Outside politics he has worked in higher education, as a Member of the Faculty Board at the University of Groningen. Before that Philip was Head of Department and Managing Director at the Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen.
