Noor Kaissi is the CFO of Emrgy, Inc, a woman led business enterprise with patented innovative technology to harvest embedded energy from existing waterways for distributed clean power generation. Emrgy has designed, and domestically manufactures, modular hydropower turbines that are placed into existing waterways. The Low-impact product is specifically designed for canal applications and no impoundments or dams are necessary. The solution enables customers to reduce grid energy reliance, lower electricity expenditure, and/or introduce a new revenue stream for their business. Prior to Emrgy, she has held many senior financial roles in the midstream and renewable energy industries.  Most recently, she was the Chief Accounting Officer for Palmetto Clean Technologies, a Series C technology enabled solar company, backed by venture capital.  She also served as the CFO of Witt O’Brien’s (WOB) a disaster response company, as well as, CFO of Blue Mountain Midstream, a midstream company backed by 3 major hedge funds.   A large portion of Noor’s career was spent with Enbridge, a North American pipeline company with significant pipeline operations in the United States. In her prior roles, Noor has a vast amount of experience dealing with various company projects, including capital investment, acquisitions, integration of new businesses, system implementations, IPOs, cash and cost management, etc.  She has worked with various project financing models and implemented many complex structures.   Finally, Noor is a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee for Access Sciences.
