SVP Capital Management

Michael Adams is SVP of Capital Management at 8 Rivers.  He has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry working to bridge the gap between markets and new energy technologies.  Michael spent almost 10 years at Constellation Energy, one of the leading merchant energy players where he structured and managed long-term energy commodity transactions.  Michael then started Constellation Technology Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Constellation focused on investing new energy technologies.  He has investment experience spanning energy efficiency, residential solar, wind and other power generation areas.  Michael joined 8 Rivers in 2013 and served on the board of NET Power until 2020.  Today, Michael leads the Capital Management team at 8 Rivers, working to build the next generation of net zero technologies and projects in power, hydrogen and direct air capture.
