President & Chief Executive Officer

Josh is President and CEO of XGS Energy, a clean energy technology and infrastructure company developing renewable, battery storage, and controllable load projects globally. 

Prior to XGS, Josh was co-Founder and CFO of Broad Reach Power, an energy storage infrastructure company, and Founder and CEO of FlexGen, a leading energy storage system integrator.  He began his career as a Naval Intelligence Officer and was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division and Executive Office at Goldman Sachs. 

Josh holds a BS with Honors from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from the University of Oxford, where he was a FitzGerald Scholar.
