Senior Manager - Business Development

Dr. Sewoong (John) Jung, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Business Development at Hanwha Power Systems Americas (HPSA) in Houston, TX. He holds a Ph.D. and master’s degree in aerospace and mechanical engineering from the University of Southern California and the University of Florida, respectively. Dr. Jung began his journey with HPSA in 2013 as an aerodynamic engineer, leading the design of centrifugal compressors and overseeing the modeling and analysis of intricate turbo machinery components. In his present role, he is responsible for the business development of clean energy solutions, with a focus on supercritical CO2 power systems in waste heat recovery applications.
