Cameron Halliday is co-founder and CEO of Mantel, a carbon capture start-up. He is a Breakthrough Energy Fellow and raised Mantel’s seed round led by The Engine. Before starting Mantel Cameron earned his PhD in Chemical Engineering from MIT and his MBA from MIT Sloan.

Our molten borate technology is designed to operate at the temperatures found inside boilers, kilns and furnaces—enabling highly efficient and low-cost carbon capture that has not been possible until now.
