Lead Consulting Manager

Anna is a Lead Consulting Manager with ESMIA Consultants. She leads projects with major government clients at federal and state levels in the areas of economy-wide decarbonization, hydrogen sector development, and energy policy analysis. Her ability to synthesize key insights from modeled energy technology-policy scenarios has allowed her to successfully deliver executive presentations and public-facing reports for key clients in the North American market. As part of her responsibilities at ESMIA, Anna seeks new business opportunities to use energy system models in innovative ways to support the private sector in market assessment, techno-economic trade-offs, policy impact assessment, and investment risk in the energy sector.

Throughout her career, Anna has led and implemented several business improvement projects, allowing to increase efficiency and improve quality through the use of digital tools for large data transformation, visualization, and testing automation. Prior to working at ESMIA, Anna was an aircraft systems model engineer at Airbus in France, where she led electrical system modeling for flight simulators and developed a multi-system simulation platform for evaluating new aircraft architectures. Her international experience also spans to Germany and India in the automotive sector, designing new methods for vehicle testing in simulation environments.

Anna holds a Master of Science in Engineering and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her research focused on airport supply chains for aviation decarbonization via hydrogen within the wider context of the power and hydrogen sectors.
