An experienced leader in global power strategy and positioning, Alison Trueblood is Accelera’s General Manager, Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Technologies, responsible for leading the business’s growth during the transition to zero-emissions. Alison joined Cummins in 2007 and has held a variety of sales and marketing roles across the Engine, Distribution and Power Generation Businesses. Her commercial experience includes several account leadership positions with increasing responsibility in the on-highway and industrial segments, ranging from $50M to $2B+ customers. Alison has been accountable for developing market share growth initiatives, managing new product development programs, establishing manufacturing readiness, and leading businesses to improved Cummins’ profitability. Most recently, as a General Manager for the Europe On-highway Business, she developed and executed Cummins’ engine system strategy to increase its European presence which will double by 2027. Within the community, Alison has enjoyed being an active participant in Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Cummins Executive Sponsor for a Columbus, Indiana community partner, and a non-profit Board Member. Alison earned her undergraduate degrees in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs and French, and a Masters in French from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She also holds an MBA from Indiana University, Bloomington. Alison lives in Indianapolis, Indiana with her husband and three children.
