During my career, I have had the opportunity to lead teams across the energy sector from Latin America, the Far East, and the Middle East. My mission as a leader has always been to consistently grow and sustain businesses, both in sales and operational excellence, while exponentially utilizing the available resources, and leveraging on key stakeholder networks. My main roles include being VP of Baker Hughes, CEO for Vista Energy in Mexico, and Region Manager for large and complex projects for Schlumberger where I managed organizations of over 1,000 people, and multi-billion dollar operations in Latin America boosting production and profitability. I am passionate about expanding businesses and delivering operational excellence. I believe that success comes from being a service leader, understanding clients’ needs, and working together with the team providing a clear vision, while maintaining market differentiation, perseverance and motivation. I spend my personal time with my family and training to improve my marathon and triathlon personal records.
