Grid power service issues often lead to the installation of standby power systems, but how do you calculate the aggregated increase in reliability and the value of that reliability. This presentation demonstrates a straightforward method for getting to the related numbers and shares the current variety of methods for financing standby systems given the various postures on use of Capital versus O&M funding.
