Pamela Skaufel is the Chief Procurement Officer and Vice President of ExxonMobil.  She is responsible for building and defining sourcing strategies, driving commercial based decisions and leading the end-to-end buying ecosystem. Her executive experience covers a broad variety of functions across her 25 years at ExxonMobil including supply chain,  sales & marketing, human resources, planning & stewardship and facilities operations.  Pamela is passionate about developing people, suppliers & teams and expanding her leadership both inside and outside of ExxonMobil.
