Prior to joining Naftogaz, Mr. Chernyshov served as Governor of Kyiv Region in 2019-2020 and minister of Communities’ and Territories’ Development of Ukraine in 2020-2022. Chernyshov has over 20 years of experience in business and investment in Ukraine and abroad. Before entering the public sector, he implemented a number of economically crucial projects as CEO and Founder of investment and development companies.
