Bar-Ilan University | Solid-State Batteries: The future of Batteries made by Academics, Corporates and Start-ups in a US-Israel program

How to make a battery that will deliver 30% more energy and will be way safer than today? Simply by removing the negative electrode! We shall share our experience at mid-term of the 5 years US-Israel program on solid-state batteries and shall reveal how advanced materials, electrochemistry and AI can bring a “beyond Li-ion” solution. The work is supported in house by the Center for Energy and Sustainability at Bar-Ilan University, Israel and the BIRD foundation and involves research groups, corporates and start-ups across the board.
