Arni joined PETRONAS in 2002 and is currently the Head of Corporate Merger & Acquisition and PETRONAS Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of PETRONAS. She currently sits on the Board of PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad and various other PETRONAS entities.Arni’s previous experienceswithin PETRONAS Group include various roles inproject financing, risk management, planning and performance, business transformationencompassing corporate, upstream business, gas and power business.Prior to her current role, Arni served asHead of Group Corporate Finance. Arniis a Fellow of the Institute ofChartered Accountant in England and Walesandgraduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
