President Director

Ginanjar Sofyan has been serving as President Director of PT Pertamina Power Indonesia since February 2018. Mr. Sofyan graduated from Padjadjaran University and earned his master’s degree from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta. Prior to his current position, he served as VP Power, New & Renewable Energy of Gas Directorate PT Pertamina (Persero) since December 2015 (previously named VP Gas & Power Commercialization) and as VP Strategic Planning & Business Development, Gas Directorate and BOD Support Manager, Head Office. Mr. Sofyan started his career in Pertamina as Assistant II Logistics, Refinery Directorate and has more than 20 years of experience in PT Pertamina (Persero). He also serves as President Director PT Jawa Satu Power and President Commissioner of PT Jawa Satu Regas, which are special purpose companies formed to operate LNG to power plant and FSRU respectively.
