Hugo Dijkgraaf, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Wintershall Dea, is also a member of the Board of Executive Directors . He is responsible for digital transformation, technology and innovation, global exploration, integrated reservoir management, global development and engineering, global production and operational excellence, and major projects of the new company. Mr. Dijkgraaf has over 20 years of international upstream E&P experience and is fluent in four languages. Before returning to Germany, he worked as Managing Director in Norway. He also worked in the Netherlands, Libya, and Argentina in several technical, operational, strategic, and managerial roles.
