Siddhartha Sachdeva serves as the Co-Founder and CEO of Innowatts. At Innowatts, Sid focuses on overall business strategy and is working closely with some of the world’s leading energy providers to harness the power of energy data in building a smarter and leaner energy value chain. Under his leadership, Innowatts AI-enabled platform has grown organically to learn from more than 50mm energy meters with deployments across 14 different energy markets and 3 continents. 

Prior to founding Innowatts, Sid spent 15 years working across companies, like Cambridge Technology Partners, NTT, and NRG Energy. Sid holds a B.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering, and a Master’s in Business Economics.

In development for over a decade, the introduction of AI and machine learning to these vast data sources is resulting in better energy efficiency programs and demand-side management (DSM) programs. Which analytical DSM systems should be deployed and from which industries will we see the most results? How do these systems combine non-energy data, such as weather and climate, and more global economic data along with energy usage data to help energy managers succeed? How do these systems evolve beyond it’s blunt use today to sophisticated optimization tools that leverage the breadth of the asset characteristics?
