SAFCell | Single-step Conversion of Ammonia to Compressed Hydrogen

Wednesday, 9 March

2:30 pm - 3:00 pm (CST) / 09/mar/2022 08:30 pm - 09/mar/2022 09:00 pm

Liquid hydrogen carriers (LHCs), such as ammonia, methanol, and methylcyclohexane are simple molecules that can “store” hydrogen in a liquid form to be converted back into either electricity or hydrogen at point of use. SAFCell's technology permits on-site generation of electricity or compressed hydrogen from all leading renewable liquid hydrogen carriers (LHCs) in one efficient and low-cost step—unlocking green hydrogen's potential to replace hydrocarbons in energy sectors worldwide.
