Tom Towe, Vice President of Business Development, Service 1st Financial: Tom is a 36-year HVAC industry veteran with sales and leadership roles in all sections of the HVAC sales channel. From executive sales and marketing leadership and field sales leadership experience with an OEM (Lennox), to district management for a distributor (Allied Enterprises) and district manager over 13 Service Experts centers in the southeast, Tom has interacted with contractors, suppliers, and value-added service providers at both the field and corporate level. In his current role, Tom is responsible for filling the new customer pipeline with dealers ready to deliver “HVAC as a service” to their homeowners. And he is charged with building strategic relationships throughout the HVAC industry with other value-added service providers and product suppliers. His team is also charged with building the product brand and marketing this emerging business model to contractors and creating awareness with homeowners. Service 1st Financial is focused on home service companies in the HVAC, Water Heater, Water Treatment and Standby Generator trades.
