Ludmila Nascimento is Energy & Decarbonization Director. Ludmila has previously assumed various roles at Vale including 4 years in strategic planning for the Logistics Department, 10 years in Corporate Strategy, coordinating strategic discussions with Executive Committee and the Board of Directors and 2 years in Iron Ore Marketing department as head of customer service solution, overseeing an area dedicated to providing business solutions to customers. Prior to this current position, she was CEO of Tecnored, a technology development Vale subsidiary that produces a sustainable pig iron by employing biomass within its processes. Before joining Vale, Ludmila worked at ShellGas Brasil.
