Francisco Leon has been EVP and CFO since 2020. Francisco Leon joined CRC since the spin-off from Occidental Petroleum Corporation in 2014. From 2014 to 2020, he served as VP of Business Development, Portfolio Management and Strategic Planning at Occidental, Francisco was the Director of Global Acquisitions and California Resource Assessment / Evaluation. He serves on the Board of Union Rescue Mission, the largest privately run homeless shelter in California. Mr. Leon brings strong financial and operational expertise in oil and gas with over 15 years in the industry. He began his career at Petrie Parkman in 2001 and earned his MBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
