Dionne Nealy started her career at Shell in 1998 as a financial analyst supporting various assets on the West Coast and Mid-Continent. Over the course of her 25-year career, Dionne has supported several businesses, including Pipeline, Supply, Marketing & Sales, Trading, and Manufacturing. Dionne has been fortunate to work in various locations, including traveling abroad to support various large-scale capital projects in Europe, South Africa, Malaysia, and Singapore as the Finance Manager for Shell Pipeline and Supply & Trading. While supporting Shell Trading North America, Dionne held the role of Crude Oil Accounting Manager, which also managed the financial aspects of Trading’s Shipping business. Starting in 2015, Dionne successfully transitioned to Motiva Enterprises to lead Products Trading Projects, Business Performance & Analytics department, and supported various IT projects. In 2022, Dionne accepted the position of Head of Corporate Support for Aramco Trading Americas. In the new role, Dionne is responsible for the HR, IT, Finance, Accounting Services, Treasury, Financial Reporting, Contracts and Confirmations, and Performance Planning and Analytics in support of the Aramco Trading Americas.
