A graduate of the Ecole Nationale d’Administration ( “Marc Bloch” class) and of HEC, Ecole des hautes études commerciales de Paris (1992), Emmanuelle Wargon began her career at the national Court of Auditors. Following this experience, Emmanuelle held several positions within the French social ministries. Notably, from 2012 she managed the General Delegation for Employment and Vocational Training. With a long career in the public sector behind her, Emmanuelle tried her hand at the private sector in 2015, joining Danone's management team in public affairs and communications.She was then appointed to the governments of Edouard Philippe as Secretary of State for Ecological Transition and Jean Castex as Minister for Housing. Finally, since August 2022, Emmanuelle Wargon has been President of the French Energy Regulatory Commission.
