Wendy is CEO of Capsol Technologies, a carbon capture technology provider using an environmentally safe solvent with heat recovery and capture in one integrated system. Capsol delivers superior energy-efficiency, cost and safety over traditional solvent-based solutions. Our solution is built on patents from over 15 yrs of R&D, 9000 demonstration hours and the proven chemistry of hot potassium carbonate in 100's of plants. The technology is commercially ready, licensable and can be deployed globally.  Key segments include cement, biomass, energy-from-waste and gas turbines. Key partners include Sumitomo, GE Vernova, Siemens Energy, Munters, Petrofac, Storegga. Wendy brings over two decades of global executive leadership experience from major international and listed industrial companies, including Baker Hughes, Rolls-Royce, and GE. She has a proven track record of driving growth, developing strategic partnerships, and commercializing new technologies worldwide. Wendy is a Canadian and Norwegian citizen residing in Oslo, with mechanical and industrial engineering degrees from the Universities of Waterloo and Toronto and an MBA from INSEAD/Wharton. Wendy also is Chair of the Board for Heaten AS (industrial heat pumps), Board member of Green Transition Holding AS and Advisory Board member of Chrysalix Venture Capital.
