Lidiya Deane is a Director in the Valuation Advisory group at Stout. Ms. Deane has extensive experience providing professional valuation advisory services to privately owned and publicly traded companies within the oil and gas space. Ms. Deane has extensive experience providing transaction advisory services to companies, including fairness and solvency opinions, buy-sell transactions, corporate redemption transactions, and mergers and acquisitions advisory services. Ms. Deane also has extensive experience providing valuation advisory services related to valuation of closely-held businesses for gift and estate planning and tax reporting purposes and financial reporting purposes (including purchase price allocations and goodwill impairment testing). Ms. Deane has been retained as an expert and appointed by court as an expert on litigation matters, including high-stakes marital dissolution and shareholder disputes. Ms. Deane is the newly-elected 2024 President for Women’s Energy Network Houston.
