As the commercial leader at AES Clean Energy, Kleber is responsible for both commercial and origination operations for the AES US Renewables business.  His team leads the origination and structuring of energy solutions, combining renewable technologies such as solar and wind with energy storage, digitalization, and commodities trading. He also served as VP/Chief Commercial Officer South America and as Chief Commercial Officer of Mexico, Central America, and Caribbean.  He has 20+ years of experience in the energy sector across power, natural gas, oil, and LNG.  His experience includes origination, structuring and execution of transactions in commodities trading, project development, M&A, corporate and project finance. He began his career in large energy and infrastructure construction projects in South America.  He subsequently worked for NYC and Houston based corporations and investment banks, covering the US and Latin America markets.
