Ricardo Mussa is CEO at Raízen, an integrated energy company committed to sustainability. Graduated in Production Engineering by Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo, and he has worked for multinationals such as Unilever and Danone. In 2007, he joined Cosan, as one of the founders and CEO at Radar for 5 years, a company dedicated to investing in agricultural land with high potential for appreciation. In 2014, he assumed as CEO at Moove, the Lubricants business of Cosan, with operations in 6 countries including Europe and Latin America. In 2017, he assumed the executive vice-presidency of Logistics, Distribution & Trading at Raízen. In 2020, he became CEO at Raízen Today he leads a team of 29 thousand people.
