Noor Arnida Abdul Talip graduated in Bachelor of Chemical Engineering with Honours from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia in 2007. She has more than 15 years of experience in PETRONAS as a chemical engineer in various process and engineering works and involved in high profile projects within PETRONAS such as surface-subsurface integration through network models to increase oil production for PCSB-PMA-Angsi platform. She is specialized in Process Simulation and Optimization and had implemented process engineering innovative solutions covering the whole oil and gas value chain from subsurface wells to the downstream plants. Her current role is Manager for Upstream GHG Accounting & Forecasting under newly formed department in PETRONAS to address GHG emissions reduction, i.e., Enterprise Decarbonisation. She is appointed to carry other roles in different PETRONAS task force namely Lead in Quantification and Reduction in Methane Emissions Task Force and Resource in Methane Emissions Capability Development Task Force. Her current projects are mostly under sustainability agenda which includes GHG emissions management with the element of digital initiative which are equipment performance monitoring with visualization, and iCON-GHG emission online dashboard.
