Minuri De Silva is a research analyst with the Upstream Energy team at S&P Global, focusing on global digitalization and upstream technology trends. Since joining S&P Global, she has been tracking the use of renewable energy to reduce the carbon footprint of oilfield operations and analyzing the global impact of marginal offshore field developments. Prior to joining S&P Global, she was an intern at KnightHawk engineering. Ms. De Silva holds a Bachelor of Science in petroleum engineering with a minor in economics from the University of Houston, United States.
