Workshop Power & Renewables Innovation & Technology
During this Lyceum session, Group CEO Mary Quaney will set out how Mainstream Renewable Power is delivering its vision of a world electrified by renewable energy. Mary will share her views on the global energy transition away from hydrocarbons toward renewable power, and the impact of technology in delivering low-cost, reliable, and “firm” renewable energy that is turning traditional energy business models on their head. As incumbents and their investors navigate the existential balance sheet risks of climate change, stranded assets, and valueless inventories, how are the energy businesses of the twenty-first century creating value, providing clean power, and protecting the environment?
